Communication lies at the heart of any business. You should be conversational (e.g. write using the kind of words you might use if you were having a conversation) but not as though you were having a conversation. It can be just like Business Communication in many ways. This meant that our conversations became very annoying for both of us.

Many entrepreneurs and leaders will admit that some information needs to be available on a need to know basis to prevent that information from slipping into the hands of the media, competition or enemy. It would be similar to a business communications textbook many times.

No it will not be infinite by any means, but compared to what we have now it will be. You should never write as though you were having a conversation. The real trick is to write in such a way that you communicate your message without overdoing the detail. For instance, many folks have a lot of knowledge, experience, observations, insight and original thoughts.

But that’s not all this technology will do and there will be entrepreneurs and innovators bringing you new applications for these new fantastic business communication tools, as fast as they can think them up. This simple thing is to never assume anyone knows anything. Oftentimes, it can be just like a business textbook. If it is true that experts are people who have made lots of mistakes then I am a super expert.
