I need to know how to lose weight fast
I’m sure you’re wondering what I’m doing suddenly talking about losing weight fast. It all started because a few days ago I found myself in a position to climb two flights of stairs, and it did me in. By the time I reached the top, I was sweating, wheezing, my face was red, and I felt terrible. I went into the bathroom, splashed some cool water in my face, and looked up into the mirror, and I realized something: I need to lose weight and fast.
On some level, I actually feel like I’ve turned into my dad. He was an enormously obese man, with a great sense of humor and a solid, family focused outlook on life. But I tell you, he was huge. And lately I’m growing big too. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my father, but I really really really want to keep myself from topping 250 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s not really any way of going back.
So I’ve been trying to figure out how to lose weight fast and easy. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she would also like to lose some weight, which I think will make it quite a bit easier to stick to whichever diet plan we decide on. There’s a huge amount of weight loss programs out there.
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how well the plan to lose weight goes for us. I realize losing weight will be difficult, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can tell, so I am going to really be trying hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
